FOR SALE Cal Cruising 35

Posted by meri on Fri, 01/15/2010 - 02:00

The Faulkner Family has bought a 41' Tartan T.O.C.K. to accommodate the growing family of four and one dog. As Tim has morphed in man size, and Carolyne isn't getting any younger either, we decided it was high time to look into continuing the family cruising... more comfortably. So,our beloved Windfall is for sale here in Mazatlan at a VERY attractive price. We would like to sell her without the cost of a brokerage, so we are very motivated to move her. Windfall for Sale??

Hi just found your site. Is the boat still for sale? and how much if it is? Thanks. Grant

Hi Grant

Thanks for your interest in 'Windfall", Grant. Yes, we sold 'Windfall' the first week of March. Sorry. Friends of ours came down here to Mazatlan, Mexico and bought her for $35,000 US. We have been so busy working on our new purchase, 'Hotspur', that we have failed to change the 'Windfall For Sale' menu to 'Windfall SOLD!'. Now is a great time to buy a boat, though. I wish you the best of luck and thanks for yor interest. Also, if you have questions regarding purchasing a boat here in Mexico, we'd be happy to share our experience with you... very easy and very safe. All money transfers are done in the USA through a title company. We'd be more than happy to give you the name of some brokers here, too. Just let us know!

Kind regards and best of luck to you!
