San Telmo (Saturday 12/05/09)

On the way to La Paz, we anchored for the night in an anchorage called San Telmo,
or Punta Prieta. I really wanted to spend more time there... beautiful! Numerous dolphins were feeding when we pulled in. The red rocks and cacti were striking, accenting the widely different desert seacape setting. Seagulls flew around and called at ‘Windfall’, begging for a fish gut or two. Jim was in a hurry to get to La Paz for equipment, so we didn’t stay but for a night. The snorkeling possibilities looked amazing... I would really like to return at some point.
